Using this website
The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general guidance only. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no guarantee that everything is complete or error free. Product descriptions, coverage options and timeframes are indicative and may change without notice.
Quotes and pricing
Any prices or estimates discussed are guides only until we confirm a written quote for your specific vehicle and the coverage you choose. A confirmed quote is based on the vehicle details you provide, and may be adjusted if the vehicle or its condition differs on inspection.
Bookings
We will confirm your install date and the expected turnaround before you book. Timeframes are estimates and can vary with vehicle size, coverage and preparation needs. We will always let you know if anything changes.
Workmanship and warranty
Our paint protection film carries a manufacturer warranty against defects such as yellowing, peeling, cracking and bubbling for the warranted life of the film. We also stand behind our installation with a workmanship warranty of two years from the date of fitting. Warranties assume the film and coatings are cared for as advised and are not damaged by accident, misuse, abrasive cleaning or third-party work. Full warranty terms are available on request.
Care and results
Paint protection film and ceramic coating reduce the risk of damage from stone chips, light scratches, UV and contaminants. They do not make a vehicle damage proof, and results vary with driving conditions and care. We will provide aftercare guidance, and following it helps your protection last.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Protect Wraps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to any warranty we provide.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and images on this website are owned by or licensed to Protect Wraps and may not be reproduced without permission.
